A great 1st day at the the 2020 Scottsdale Arabian Horse Show! Tristen Wikel went in 3 classes and came out with 3 ribbons. 2nd in Hunt with Sombra, 2nd in Hunt with Dauntless, and 1st in Western Pleasure with Cesari!

Pegasus Arabians and the Wikel family lost a part of the family yesterday. Hondo Afire was one of the original stallions that played a big role in the first few years of our breeding program for the performance arena. He was the 2003 US Reserve National Champion in the Arabian Mounted Native Costume. "Hondo" lived out his retired years at our facility in Berlin Heights. He was one of the easiest stallions to handle and so true to the Arabian breed. We are forever thankful for the 25 years we had him on this earth with us. He will be missed greatly.
