You are probably looking at images shot from a remote control flying camera. The DJI Inspire 1 is a remote controlled quad-copter with four self-tightening rotors and GPS-supported to keep the built-in high precision 3-axis HD camera steady. It even streams live footage and photos from over 3.2km away. I have been shooting photography professionally for over 30 years and I have mastered the skill of the UAV.
