Mark your calendars, make your travel arrangements, get your bikes ready, because the 2023 WMN Racing Women's Motocross International Presented by Del Amo Motorsports is March 25th at Glen Helen raceway in San Bernardino, California.
We have races for all ages and skill levels. It is a fun time and all women/girl racers go home with a goody bag and prizes. Women's Pro has a guaranteed $1000 purse from Del Amo Motorsports! We have even more perks coming soon.
There is open practice on Friday and a Free MX School to get some pointers and last minute adjustments before the gate drop provided by WSMX Women's School of Motocross. What an amazing day it was interviewing at my old "Stomping Grounds" The Little Gym International as we dove into how it’s possible to teach girls, while they are as young as 4 months old, to give anything you do all your best, not necessarily be the best! Our guests believe that girls can have any career they desire. Malory Atkinson was fueled by this through life and eventually decided to co-found and form Shear Structural, Georgia's only 100% women-owned structural engineering firms. She shared her experiences in corporate America and how women have the ability to do anything they put their minds to, but step #1 is to say it outloud and place it into the universe. She sits on several boards that also lead women in the engineering space and knows more and more women will join this industry in the near future. Heather Anderson shared her love for The Little Gym and her story growing up with a Father that showed her passion for his work in Marketing and Branding. She feels that was the inspiration for her love of communicating The Little Gym brand to families across the world. She shared the advice that we all need to DREAM BIG! She further stated that If you are comfortable, you are not reaching high enough or far enough for your goals. Thank you to both Heather and Malory for your sound advice to ladies all over the world.
