The right answer is… C - A neurotransmitter!

GABA is an amino acid that plays a key role in the human central nervous system.

It acts as a neurotransmitter and has many regulatory functions.

The brain produces GABA to decrease the excitability of neurons in certain areas of the brain.

We can go on and on with the scientific terms, but in practice, what this means for you is that GABA will simply help you unwind, relax and recover better as an end result!

If you're feeling generally uptight and anxious, consider supplementing with GABA.

This is a great upper body exercise! If you can't lift your own body weight, you can use bands or the machine assist. If using assistance only use enough to simulate having a spotter, and eventually you will be able to lift your own body weight.
Be patient even assist chin-ups, build great strength.
