🧬Why You Feel Like Crap and Aren’t Losing Weight

If this is you then you know how much it stinks, but you also know there are most likely some solutions.
.
It’s easy to get caught up in NOT getting the result we want so we continue to EXPECT to CONTINUE to not get the result.
.
But the truth is most of the time it’s about shifting your mindset to being OPEN to the solutions, and then FINDING those solutions.
.
When it comes to sluggish weight loss and feeling sluggish in general, there are a number of things that can be at play.
.
A few things that are worth exploring include your thyroid functioning, your sleep quality and duration, how much alcohol you’re consuming, and whether or not you have any food sensitivities.
.

So remember: always look for solutions when you encounter problems - they’re there 💪🏼

So take those positive thoughts and good intentions and carry them through the rest of the year - and then keep them going into the new year.

🧬Get moving and do something today.

Even though it’s Sunday and that may equate to doing nothing, get up and move a little bit.
.
For me this doesn’t always mean a full workout. Sure, sometimes I get going and realize that really pushing myself is what I need.
.
But in a day like Sunday where doing nothing is the norm, I feel better doing something - and it’s normally something quick and easy.
.
This could mean light core work, a mobility series (with or without the amazing @stickmobility stick), stretching, or walking or getting outside for a an easy hike.
.
What can you do today that will get you moving, help with mobility, burn a few calories and aid in recovery from your daily routine and your current workout routine?
