Join , and others on July 15th for the 6th Annual Justin Run 5k. The goal is to bring awareness to social justice issues and promote equity, fairness, diversity, human rights, and access to important resources that you can take advantage of.

Sole Sports in Arcadia is the host and there will be swag and raffles!!

In addition, there will be a FREE INJURY ASSESSMENT by post run!

We had SO many friends out at the legendary both tackling the 100 miles from Olympic Valley to Auburn AND crewing/pacing. Congrat to everyone!

Our Tempe group run leader headed to South Dakota for the Black Hills 100k/50k and came home with a incredible 50k finish! Well done Gary!

Here in AZ, we had tons of friends in the local community take on Hypnosis Night Runs! In the 6k, our Arcadia manager brought home 2nd and dear friend to the store Tracy took home gold! We had so many friends in all distances that night too ranging from 6k to the 50k. It was truly a night to remember!

It’s the best day of the week, Monday! We saw some crazy impressive performances this weekend by our Sole Family, enough to fuel our week!

🏊‍♀️🚴🏃‍♀️Our resident triathlon and run coach Kelly Mulvany SLAYED the Tulsa course and is KONA BOUND!!! Shower her with all the love and congrats she deserves! Kona has been a long time goal for Kelly and now she is headed to the Big Island!

🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🏜 Quite a few of our Sole Squad hopped into the fun at Adrenaline Night Runs! We saw a 10k SWEEP on the women’s side with Holly Amend taking first, Megan McKee in second, and Sue Speidel in third! Great job ladies! Our Tempe group run leader, Gary Millslagle took on the night in the 25k! Our GM, Sean McManus, hopped into the 15k for his first trail race back in AZ!

We saw lots of familiar faces as well during Adrenaline Night Runs with lots of people that motivate us running all sorts of distances! Great job everyone!

One Love AZ is looking for volunteers for the upcoming event, The Shelter Dog Dash, being held on April 29th! Such a good cause!!

One Love AZ believes that shelter enrichment programs are a necessity. Many dogs have trouble adjusting to shelter life and need a little extra help getting adopted. The Shelter Dog Program was established in 2015 to assist local shelters with pit bull type dogs who are at risk and/or longtime residents. The three (3) main pillars of this program include large scale enrichment, volunteer interaction, and dog sponsorship. Sponsored dogs receive a number of benefits, including training, medical care, marketing, promotion, and post-adoption support

Congratulations to the Sole Sports team at the Mesa Marathon and half marathon this week past weekend! We appreciate all who joined! The weather was perfect, and it was a beautiful day to run! Congrats to all! Special thanks to our group-run leader for organizing the team and for everything he does for the community! 🤩

We placed 4th as a team for the marathon out of 22 teams! We placed 7th in the half out of 57 teams! Nice work, everyone 😀

Congrats to ! He ran the Mesa Marathon in a time of 2:38:33 and was 18th overall! Amazing job!! 🤩

is married into the Sole Squad 😀. He came within seconds of his marathon Pr and ran a 2:58:11! His wife ran the half and stayed happy and steady 😀
