Today marks 5 years of marriage💍 Nansay has had my heart since the moment we first locked eyes 🥰

Nansay has always genuinely believed in me. She’s always got my back. She knocked out a guy for sack tapping me once & I said damn I love this woman😂 She made her dream come true of becoming an Oncology Nurse at Mayo. I watched her create over some wine and pizza. Whatever Nansay does she puts her whole heart and border town buns into. Watching her come into her ultimate calling of Motherhood has me so thankful to God 🙏 Julian hit the badass mamajama lottery! Let’s keep poppin babies baby I want 5! Every day I pray to be the best Husband & Dad I can be 🙏 I will be in forever pursuit of your love Nansay ❤️

On April 5th, 1968 my Grandmother got the pleasant surprise of twins 👯‍♀️Happy Birthday to Julian’s Grandma and Aunt Missy🎂 I love you both more every day ❤️ Thank you God for gifting Julian these Angels on Earth😇

Heaven gained a Legend today🥺I love you Grandpa & promise to carry on your legacy with all my heart ❤️ I am sad you didn’t get to meet Julian but I know he has the most badass Angel watching over him.

My Grandpa loved getting his hands dirty. He built so many cars & guns from scratch. He crafted these magnificent detailed wooden sculptures from hand. My Grandpa was tough as nails! Pain is all mental he said. He literally got a root canal without any pain meds🤯My Grandpa had elite level honor and duty to his family & America 🇺🇸 He fought for our freedom in the service 🫡 He selflessly ran the American Legion for decades fighting for & investing in the local veterans. All while never missing a game of mine growing up. I would always look out into the stands during my basketball and football games and there he was believing in me 🥹 His work ethic, commitment & integrity is something you don’t see much today. They don’t make ‘em like that anymore.

Words can’t put together how grateful I am for the generational blessings you’ve created for our family. I can hear you up in Heaven telling Minnesota Viking choking jokes to Jesus 😆 I love you Grandpa🥺

40 Days of Faith, Family & Fitness was inspired to strengthen the family unit through God 🙏 You can run marathons and lift weights until your blue in the face with vascular butt cheeks but I know that’s not the full equation of health. My mission is to remove the God size hole in someone’s heart. My mission is for you to create energy & an inner peace that surpasses understanding.
