▪️Incline dumbbell chest press (pyramid drop) 15,12,10,8,6,4
▪️Decline machine press 4X12
SuperSet with dumbbell pullover 4X10
▪️Cable flies W/ chest press finisher 4X10 (5 rep chest press)
▪️ Flat bench dumbbell press 4X10 to 15
Push ups till failure

Notice how I CONTROL the weight. About a 4 sec negative. Elbows are tucked in and shoulders are suppressed to the bench. Getting that deep stretch and coming all the way up to get the 2 sec squeeze!
