Sweat, hard work and milestones — oh my! Another week down, a whole lot of wins in the books! 👏 Let’s keep it going!

What started as a casual stop at an orange tent (on the way to grab Chipotle) in 2015 turned into a life-changing commitment — 2,300+ classes, 1.5 million calories burned, 150 studios visited and a fitness routine that has carried him through nearly a decade of milestones.

Through weddings, career changes, and becoming a grandfather, Mike has kept his 4-5 class-per-week routine locked in — not just for his health, but for the community that has become family. He’s tackled personal challenges from triathlons to a 50,000-meter row, proving that fitness doesn’t have to be a chore — it can be fun, fulfilling and transformative.

The best part? It all started with one reason — not wanting to look a certain way in family photos. But what he gained? A lifestyle, a second home and friendships that last a lifetime.

After years of living an active and healthy lifestyle, Anna from OTF North Brunswick faced a heart health challenge she never saw coming. Frequent fainting episodes and countless doctor visits led to the discovery of heart issues that had been overlooked for years. Instead of opting for surgery, Anna took charge of her health and turned to Orangetheory. With heart rate monitoring, she was able to build endurance, improve her cardiovascular health, and feel better in her everyday life. Her story is a powerful reminder of the importance of heart health—and the need for the right screenings. ❤️

My coach always says, 'You can do anything for 30 seconds.' So, by that logic, I’m amping myself up for the 12-minute tread benchmark with, 'I can do anything for just 720 seconds!!!!'

Meet Megan from OTF Kakaako! 🧡 As a mom and fitness enthusiast, she shows that every reason is the right reason to show up. OTF has helped her stay balanced, energized and accountable, all while working out with amazing people. As a new mama, Megan understands how hard it can be to find time for yourself, but she reminds us that sometimes showing up for YOU is the best way to show up for them.

Friendly reminder: Stepping out of your comfort zone feels scary not because you’re incapable, but because it's unfamiliar.

Rocky’s story is a powerful reminder that it's never too late to take control of your health. After gaining 40 lbs and suffering a heart attack, he came to Orangetheory with one goal: to reclaim his health. Through consistency and hard work, he's dropped 45 lbs, regained his strength and reversed his high blood pressure, even getting off medication. His advice? Don't take the easy way out. You can always reset your day—no matter if it’s 7am or 9pm. One moment doesn’t have to define the rest of your day. Take a deep breath, reset, and remember—you’re in control.

Coach Kaya's reason for coaching goes beyond just showing up — it's about pushing limits and helping others do the same. She loves being part of a strong, outgoing community that supports each other in ways they never thought possible. For Kaya, coaching is all about watching members find confidence in themselves and grow both physically and mentally. It’s the privilege of watching people slowly fall in love with the process of becoming a better version of themselves that keeps her coming back.
