Here is a great tasting recipe that I use all the time as a dressing. Can be put on salads, chicken, fish or used as a dip.
Ingredients: 2 tbsp. Greek Non-fat plain yogurt, 1 tbsp. Olive Oil, 1/2 tbsp. Baslamic vinegar, and 1 tsp. Honey.
Mix together and enjoy!

Mix up your workout by adding a Walk/Run/Lunge workout to your routine. Easy: Walk 3 min/Run 1 min/20 Lunges or Hard: Walk 2 min/Run 4 min/ 30 Lunges
Use everything around you to your advantage... A great way I get out and move is to grab my dog and head out on my bike.

Seeds are a great source of protein and taste great! H**p, sunflower and pumpkin seeds are just a few excellent ways to top off salads or your favorite yogurt! Use instead of protein mixes and bars to feel more energized!

Thinking of creating a yoga movement class that uses a combo of rhythmic yoga poses, martial arts katas, and different dance forms, all done to music. This is my way of making yoga class La-fun!

La-ism: I moisturize my face with lemon juice, and I clean my floors with vinegar. If I can't eat it, I don't use it.
Dancing is exercise too
Sunday is my day of rest, but not my day of inactivity. I walked my little 4lb. doggie (for her exercise), then I took her for a bike ride. Now I'm cleaning my house (no fun), but I'm dancing my way through it (way fun!)
Fueling my body for my classes this morning with plain low fat yogurt (yuck), fresh strawberries and my concoction of pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and flax seeds (mm mm good). That covers all the bases for my nutritional needs for a little while.
Get your "bodymachine" going with any movement, and any movement counts. 1,5 or 10 minutes is better than nothing at all!!!!
