My 2026 intentions begin with listening.
This is not just a New Year ritual —
it’s a standard I’m on a mission to bring into women’s wellness.
We’ve been taught to start January by pushing, hustling, launching, and proving.
But biologically, emotionally, and energetically… winter is a season of reflection, renewal, and recovery.
Instead of asking, “What should I do this year?”
I ask, “What season am I in?”
This practice of honoring seasons and cycles — both in nature and in the body — has changed how I make decisions, how I set intentions, and how I trust myself.
In January, I choose to listen.
To honor what feels good.
To trust what feels true.
I trust myself in January to set the tone for 2026 —
from alignment, not expectation.

After 20 years, this is the biggest mistake I see women making about their health and hormones.

What a beautiful year of everything. 🤍
It can be so easy to feel overwhelmed by all that we hold, all that we pursue, all that we love. And yet, there’s an empowering truth I keep coming back to:
Life doesn’t need to look one way or the other.
We get to weave it all together.
We get to balance the ebb and the flow.
We get to create stability inside the movement.
And I think that might just be my masterclass in this lifetime. 🌀
This year was full of rich, multifaceted expression.
From Mexico City explorations, to supporting Matt at golf, to traveling AND being home, to being present with my beautiful children — cheering them on at Pony Finals and every horse show in between.
To my very first riding lesson (a dream unlocked).
To Arlene landing on her first commercial shelf (a dream born).
To getting a snake — in the literal Year of the Snake — and learning to face one of my biggest fears with grace, symbolism, and surrender. She taught me what it truly means to shed the old and bring through the new. A process I don’t take lightly and will forever be grateful for. 🐍
There were so many unforgettable moments, beautiful souls, and incredible supporters who shaped this year. My heart is full.
Thank you to the Year of the Snake.
Thank you for the memories, the transformation, the breakthroughs, and the blessings.
