Always coaching them up! Keystone State Games
Anyone who paid for a monthly membership or punch card can finish it out this month at the same building.
Coach Rob Rebmann has left the West Scranton Youth center and will be taking NEPA Elite to a new location opening soon! Until the new building opens he will be available for Privates , evenings and weekends at a different club.
Remember no practice tonight 7/10. We will be back Monday 7/14

ATTENTION- Please make sure your athlete has their wrestling shoes for Strength Training and running shoes for Conditioning. More importantly, please send your athlete with adequate water on Conditioning days.
Additionally, we are aware that some athletes may miss some time this week due to Independence Day. Please be aware that the Strength & Conditioning Program works in a progressive pattern. This means that each day builds upon the last. We ask that your athlete remains consistent with their training in order to get the most out of it as we move forward.

Due to the dangerous temperatures expected this week, we are moving all Strength and Conditioning times from 11am to 9 am. Also, all Conditioning will be held at the West Scranton Youth Center instead of McDade Park (this week only)
