❤️ May Member Spotlight: Annette E. ❤️

Annette joined Village Fitness right after the pandemic, at a time when she made the decision to prioritize her strength and independence. After caring for her aging parents, she knew she needed to build a stronger future for herself.

Since then, she’s been a steady and positive part of our community. One of her biggest wins? “I never dread going to workout,” she shared - and that says everything. She loves how much better she feels physically and mentally after each session, and her consistency speaks for itself.

You’ll find her crushing touchdown squats, pushing through high knees (even if they’re not her favorite), and enjoying it even more when the classic rock comes on.

Annette is heading to Montana soon to be closer to family, but as she said, this journey doesn’t stop here. “Village Fitness started me on my fitness journey and I don’t intend to stop!”

Annette, we’re so grateful you’ve been part of this community. You’ll be missed - but we know you’re just getting started. 🫶🏼💪🏼
