No-bake recipes are one of my favorites so I’m resharing a recipe that my whole family loves! These delicious strawberry coconut granola bites are perfect for Valentine’s Day or anytime you want a treat! ☺️⁣

I recommend using a silicone mold to make them easier to pop out. However, you can also use a muffin pan and liners. This recipe makes 24 mini cups or 12 regular sized ones.⁣

Ingredients:⁣
🔹1 cup granola ⁣
🔹1/4 cup smooth peanut butter ⁣
🔹1/4 cup + 2 tbsp pure maple syrup (divided)⁣
🔹1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut ⁣
🔹1/2 cup non-fat Greek yogurt ⁣
🔹1 cup white chocolate chips ⁣
🔹1 tbsp coconut oil ⁣
🔹1/2 cup chopped strawberries ⁣
🔹sprinkles (optional)⁣

Instructions:⁣
Mix the granola, peanut butter, 1/4 cup maple syrup, and shredded coconut in a small bowl.⁣

Evenly distribute the mixture into each mold, pressing it down as firmly as possible into each cup.⁣

Place white chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl and melt in the microwave in 20 second increments, stirring in between increments.⁣

Add melted white chocolate into each cup.⁣

Then fill each cup with non-fat Greek yogurt.⁣

Add sprinkles into each cup. (Optional)⁣

Top with chopped strawberries and drizzle with the remaining maple syrup.⁣

Place the tray in the freezer for approximately 3 hours.⁣

Remove from freezer and let thaw out for a few minutes before enjoying! 😋⁣

(You can store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 4 weeks.)⁣

It’s time to go full force with a FULL
BODY workout! Today we’re spicing things up by targeting multiple muscle groups. These are great ways to build strength in your whole body including your core.

All you need for this workout is one dumbbell.

Here are the exercises:
🔹single arm press (10x each side)
🔹inner thigh lift (10x each side)
🔹bridge lift with skull crusher (10x)
🔹leg extensions (10x each side)

Repeat this routine 3x for a great challenge!
