Hi all. There are couple of posts here from last November asking boaters to check boats, lines, snubbers, canvas due to upcoming storms.
Remember the Bomb Cyclone? Where our marina had hundreds of thousands of dollars in damages and boats sunk? Yeah, that one.
Please reread Ed's posts and check your boats, lines, snubbers and canvas.
Enough said.

I ask again for EVERYONE to come inspect your boat to ensure proper SIZE of lines are installed, with snubbers as required and that you are 4 point tied with spring lines before the next storm.
many of the boats had or have frayed lines, lack snubbers or are using small nylon line as primary tie up lines for the boats. You need to inspect, review and change to protect your boat, your neighbors boat and the marina infrastructure.
Ed
The 60mph winds and 4 to 5 foot rollers did damage to outer slips.
Several boats broke loose.
Marina manage Ed and team of boaters worked to retie lines.
Some boats may be moved so repairs can be made to finger piers.

Please utilize lot B for access to the boats and
Marina
Vehicles inside LOT. A upon closure will NOT be able to leave until Friday afternoon so please adjust accordingly
Ed
PLEASE BE ADVISED
Parking lot work is scheduled to begin on the 29th at 6 am as we try and take advantage of the weather window. All vehicles in Lot B must be removed by 6 am Friday September 29 until 6 am Sunday October 1.
Sunday October 1 at 6 am all vehicles must be moved from the bottom part of lot A so we can complete parking lot pavement work in the lower section of Lot A that runs North South along water edge. This will reopen Tuesday October 2 at 6 am.
If the weather holds we will then do the remaining part of Lot A starting October 2 thru October 4th with single lane access to this lot.
