How many of you can add another name and story to your list of those who were diagnosed with breast cancer this year? It's time to raise money for breast cancer prevention through early detection and support those after a breast cancer diagnosis.
The Montlake Rowing Club is teaming up with their boathouse team mates at the Pocock Rowing Center to raise money for this cause. Please consider a donation - however big or small - to try and keep a name off that list.

It's winter and the team is getting back to basics working on technique and building a good aerobic base. We are also helping young girls try rowing. How? A good end to the 2024 season. It's always fun to row the HOTL from our home dock. Thanks to Rachel LeMieux our coach, and all our team mates who pushed us and helped us in inumberable ways.
