Join me for day 3 of exploring Nanjing China.

In this video, we travel to one of my most looked-forward to places - The National Monument of Sun Yat Sen.

This is a breathtaking site and location (and only took me 2 days to find it) but it was totally worth it! In the evening, I stroll through the night street food market in Nanjing, and check out a few of the dishes before heading off on high speed rail to Guangzhou.

Friends - Have you 5 minutes for a trip to China? Yes, you do :)

Channeling my inner Rick Steves, join me as I travel around Nanjing, China. In this video (day 2) - I begin my journey to find the famous Sun Yat Sen National Monument, a truly beautifull/majestic monument overlooking the ancient city of Nanjing.

I find trouble along the way, eventually fought with a driver trying to rip me off, but made it to a fantastic Nanjing restaurant that served me some of the hottest (and delicious) food i've ever eaten, including bullfrog.

I hope you enjoy and get a taste of what it might be walking around the goodness that is 南京!

Hey guys-

Check out Sunday’s sermon (I gave) at everyone’s church in Mount Vernon.

This topic is on the biblical principal that Christians are called to have so much joy in the Lord that we boast - it's not only allowed, but its encouraged! I examine my own walk and struggles with finding Joy in the Lord, and as well as biblical practices and principles to help encourage us along the way .

This is my 2nd sermon given at Everyone's Church in Mt. Vernon, WA on 10/11/21.

Who likes travel videos about 南京 Nanjing, China? You do!Rick Steves and your friends do, too 🙂

Ive been to China before, but mostly the major cities of Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou - and never to Nanjing - the epic ancient city (and former capital) heralded for its temples, river, cuisine, and city wall.

Here is a travel video I compiled with a bunch of Instagram Stories many of you watched then. That thumbnail took more thought than the majority of the content, but I hope you enjoy and get a taste of what it might be walking around 南京!

WOD / cooking show

Put oats in glass. Fill glass with water - cover oats barely. Microwave on high 1:30-2:00, fill worth berries and soy milk.

You will be satiated, healthy, working on lowering cholesterol, and saving $$. Boom.

WOD - 79/90

Took grandma on an impromptu trip to Leavenworth, WA, where her cabin is. Always a brilliant time conversing with others someone from another generation- it’s really like going culturally to another country. Soak up your grandparents while you have them - they’re a blessing of a different sort.

Cousin and I hiked with her up to the top of a nearby ridge, and she tore it up at 83!

Cabin Life-ing- moving wood, burning things, weeding, organizing sheds, preparing brewing supplies (yes!), yard work, mowing, edging, planting. - many calories

Saw some deer, as well as a grouse, but luckily no 🐻.

13/90. Run 🏃‍♀️ this am felt good... I actually broke through to 10+minute miles, but 11 min is a fair proxy. Oh how I yearn to be 185 again!

This corona situation requires sacrifices from us all, and for me that means no gym. Find ways to work out at home, outside, or in other words, not in groups!
