One of the ways I stay consistent .My compact juicer and nutri bullet ! They go in the suitcase or travel bag!! When it's your life style there are always solutions ..no excuses! They also remind you not to go overboard with your eating habits while traveling by not breaking your routine! They can accompany you to work ,prep your ingredients place in zip loc and go! Both are very easy to assemble , break down and clean! Don't blow all that hard work and discipline just because you are not home!

Kick up your routine with a weighted vest! Walking, sprints, H.I.I.T, Bike riding,hiking, step, bodyweight workout . I even wear it doing chores and yard work. I have an adjustable one as well..with a range from 20 to 40 lbs.

It's hot! Make sure your smoothie hydrates you ,not dehydrates you! Sugary smoothies disguised as healthy because they have a "fruit " in them. A drizzle here , a pump of flavor there, and a little this on top! Extra calories and , tons of sugar and even bad fat later! This refreshing option is one of my go to drinks. YUM!

Upper body outside today! Mix it up , make it fun and make it count!
Weighted vest / weighted jump rope 500 reps. Weighted triple squat/ squat jump w knee tuck.5 sets of 8. Forward Bear Crawl w push up , Reverse Bear Crawl w burpee. . 5 sets of 8 .
Weighted vest , weighted rope 1000 reps, triple squat / squat jump ( knee tuck) 5 sets of 8, Forward/ reverse bear crawl w/ burpee 5 sets of 5 .....
