Day 1 of R2ak stage 2 was a little bit of everything. Such an emotional start from Victoria with the crowd cheering and the famous Le Mans Start. A few bad options (like the one in the middle when you can’t decide, then a bit of a mad rush to catch up short gybing in the back eddies. We decided for a safe option joining the Georgia strait. By the evening we were back in contention with the podium candidates.
The night under the star was gorgeous but that means a lots of pedaling.

Last 2 days have been busy fixing what we didn’t like, driniking bear and eating as much food we could. Tonight feels like the calm before storm or more like the storm before the calm. We feel ready and eager to get started tomorrow at 12.
