I began my yoga journey long ago, but really dove into my practice wholeheartedly in 2013 at Breathe Hot Yoga. It quickly became my second home, and I have grown so much with my yoga family since then. I completed my 200 hour Power Vinyasa teacher training program from Breathe, and now teach weekly.
