What an accomplishment to have completed 21.8 miles in 5h50m at Vogalonga !!! The entire experience looks amazing with great weather and fabulous scenery.

We managed to fill TWO boats today in spite of Memorial Day weekend. Had record number of guests. All 10 of them, including a couple competitors from Berkeley at the upcoming Seattle Dragon Boat Festival on June 13! 😉

Sunday practice at Kenmore Waterfront Activities Center - KWAC received a surprise visit from Bruce and Carol Gyger. Made the day extra special! ❤️❤️❤️

Was a fun and exciting day at the Rainier Dragon Boat Festival yesterday. Good job to both Mixed and Women's teams! Congratulations to the Mixed Team for taking 3rd place at Division A!

Got some one-one-one coaching this morning. Along the way, a flock of friendly ducks paid us a visit. We also enjoyed a round of trivia before wrapping up for the day.
