Run For Good's mission is to provide fun, accessible and unique running and walking events in the Pacific Northwest Region with an emphasis on charitable giving. Run For Good strives to bring good into individual's lives by bringing healthy opportunities to get out and exercise and contribute to the community in a fun way. Run For Good also strives to have a significant impact on local organizations by providing funds and exposure through fun runs and walks.

Thank you to everyone who ran, walked, volunteered, cheered, dressed up, and helped make this year’s event such a success. We loved seeing so many smiles, costumes, families, and well-earned sundaes throughout the day.

We had an ice creamy good time at yesterday's Sundae Runday! Our next one up is Base 2 Space at the Space Needle, followed one week later by Seattle Kraken 5K at Greenlake. Thank you to all our participants, volunteers and sponsors for making these fun events happen.

We had a blast (pun intended) at this morning's Edmonds Chamber of Commerce Edmonds 4th of July 5K & 1K Family Run! It was our biggest year yet, the weather was perfect, and the outfits even more perfect. Thank you for joining us. Happy 4th!
