It is with profound sadness that we have to announce the sudden passing of ICSD Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Ralph Fernandez, at his home in Washington, D.C. As a former Deaflympian in cycling and sport director of cycling, Mr. Fernandez was also the proud designer of the ICSD/Deaflympics logo and was instrumental in creating the Office Management System (OMS) for ICSD.
