Grateful to my team & student volunteers for the many hours they put in over the last few days to clean the dojo, paint, replace damaged equipment and lay new mats at AMA Ravenna-Bryant 💪. Mr. Tim went above and beyond putting in more hours than anyone. Mr. Michael & Ms. Maevin put in work here and at AMA Ballard, while Mr. Ness and Mr. Owen took care of AMA Capitol Hill. It was great to have students return to classes today and experience all of the updates. Excited for Fall Quarter 🍁📚🙂!!

🌞 For 2025 we are offering KARATE FUN CAMPS, HYPER WEAPONS CAMPS and GIRL POWER CAMPS to give your child the greatest martial arts summer camp experience ever! Our camps are staffed by Black Belt Instructors, who are background checked and CPR / First Aid / AED trained.

A great, big, THANK YOU, to all of our students & staff who participated in our 1️⃣7️⃣th annual Kick-A-Thon to benefit Seattle Childrens Hospital today 🙏. A great day on the mats for a great cause at the 2nd annual PKKA Camp🥋. Always great to spend time with old and new friends. Thank you Mr. Durgan for organizing and raising $$ for Heartbeat for Wounded Warriors ❤️‍🩹. Proud to participate as a student and share as an instructor again this year 🙏.

🧼 A great big thank you to Mr. Michael, Mr. Tim and the rest of our staff and volunteers who put in a TON of work today for our big, Osouji, cleaning at AMA 🙌. We adopted this practice a few years ago, traditionally done in the New Year, and modified it for the new school year. Feels great to head into back to school season with a clean slate! Special shout out to Ms. Julie who volunteered for the full day and knocked some major items off our to-do list 💪.
