I want to help empower people to become the best versions of themselves, through living a balanced,

I am a Seattle based Personal Trainer and Nutritional Therapist. It has taken me a long time to accept and embrace who I am, but I finally am closer than ever before. I want to help educate and empower people; supply the necessary tools and accountability it takes to love yourself. I don’t typically share before and after photos, because that’s putting the focus on the wrong transformation.

Years of doing this work have shifted my perspective on what success actually looks like as a trainer. Anyone can put together a tough workout or tell someone to eat in a calorie deficit. But helping someone change the way they think about themselves, talk to themselves, and show up for themselves is the work I am most proud of.

The mental battles are almost always harder than the physical ones. Overcoming self-sabotage, breaking old patterns, learning to trust your body again is where the transformation I’m shooting for happens! 💙

The ideal body will never feel as good as you imagined it would until the mind catches up. The two have to grow together. That’s the work I am here for. Stronger bodies AND stronger minds.

In a world full of hate…

Choose love.
Choose kindness.
Choose compassion.

I didn’t choose to be a coach/trainer for the sole purpose of transforming bodies.

It’s about connection.
It’s about support.
It’s about revealing potential.

If my time with a client is simply their only “me time” for the week, I still view it as a win. People are SO much more likely to stay on track and hit their goals when they have a support system in place.

Every exercise I program has a purpose, and this one is doing a lot of heavy lifting!

What this one move is actually doing for your body:

1. Builds single leg stability and balance that carries over into everything you do in and out of the gym
2. Challenges your glutes through a full range of motion so they are actually working, not just along for the ride
3. Forces your core to work overtime just to keep you stable, no crunches required
4. Improves shoulder stability under load which is something most people neglect entirely
5. Trains your body to coordinate multiple muscle groups at once, which is how your body actually functions in real life

This is why intentional programming matters. Every movement I choose has a reason behind it. You are never just going through the motions, you’re building something, rep by rep, session by session.

Would you try this? Drop a 🔥 if you want me to do a video breaking down the form in more detail.

I was recently reminiscing over my favorite moments with my mom, and it got me thinking…

It isn’t the monumental moments that make a lasting love, but is more so the accumulation of the small gestures over time.

While my mom and I may be perhaps the most opposite as opposite can be, making for quite the rollercoaster, I will always think of the little moments (like the one in this picture).

I was in the thick of a very volatile breakup; one of those breakups where it feels as though someone has a chokehold on you and is gut punching you simultaneously.

On an exceptionally hard night for me, my mom threw a bunch of belongings that I had of my ex’s in a moving box, poured gasoline on it, and had me grab a blow torch.

Call it crazy… but it was quite cathartic. Not only did it help release me from some of the pain, but it also created a lasting memory of my mom that, no matter how much we differ, will always bridge the gap.

Happy Mother’s Day to all of the moms out there. I don’t envy your job at all, but I can attest that you help create and shape a more beautiful, love-filled world.

Here’s something I need you to know about the wellness industry.

It is designed to make you feel like you are always one product, one program, or one diet away from finally having it figured out. The confusion is not accidental. An industry that keeps you searching keeps you spending.

I have been in this industry for over a decade, and I have watched trends come and go:
- Fasted cardio.
- Detox teas.
- Fat burners.
- Waist trainers.
- Juice cleanses.
- Elimination diets.

Each one promised to be the thing that would finally work. But each one left people more confused, more frustrated, and further from a sustainable relationship with their health.

Look, the fundamentals have never changed. Eat enough to support your body, prioritize protein, move consistently in ways you enjoy, SLEEP, manage your stress, build habits that fit your actual life.

That is it. THAT is the secret the wellness industry does not want you to know, because it is not something they can sell you.

You do not need the next supplement, the next cleanse, or the next 30 day challenge. You need consistency, patience, and someone in your corner who will tell you the truth.

That is what I am here for.

Save this if you needed the reminder and send me a message for 1:1 support! 💙

Your body is always communicating with you, are you listening?

Under-eating is something I see constantly, especially with high-achieving women who are used to pushing through discomfort and ignoring their body’s signals. But these signs are not weaknesses. They’re your body asking for what it needs.

More food is not the enemy, chronic restriction is.

Save this and share it with someone who needs to hear it! And drop any questions you have below!

Stopping dieting does not mean giving up on your health. It means choosing a different, more sustainable relationship with your body.

I have worked with so many women who came to me exhausted from years of restriction. Constantly hungry, constantly thinking about food, constantly starting over. What they needed was not another diet. They needed permission to nourish themselves properly.

When you stop fighting your body and start working with it, everything shifts. Energy improves. Cravings quiet down. Workouts feel better. Life feels less consumed by food.

Your body is not the problem. The approach has been.

Save this if you needed to hear it today 💙

Being a business owner is not always easy. There are hard days, uncertain moments, and plenty of challenges that nobody warns you about.

But here is what has never felt hard: showing up for my clients.

Celebrating the moment someone deadlifts more than they ever thought possible. Watching a woman walk into the gym nervous and leave feeling like herself again. Being the person someone texts when they hit a goal they have been working toward for months. Seeing confidence grow in someone who came to me convinced they were not a “gym person.”

That part has always come naturally. That part has always felt like exactly what I am supposed to be doing.

On the hard days, my clients remind me why I built this in the first place. Grateful does not even begin to cover it! 💙

The gym will not always go according to plan, and honestly that’s one of the best lessons it can teach you.

When the equipment you need is taken, you have two choices. Choice 1: you can wait, get frustrated and let it derail your workout. Or choice 2: you can adapt, find a substitution and keep moving forward.

Understanding movement patterns instead of being attached to specific machines is one of the most valuable things you can develop as a gym-goer. Whether you’re using a barbell, dumbbell, or cable machine, you are still creating a challenging stimulus for the muscle.

And the confidence you build by navigating those moments in the gym will show up everywhere else in your life too.

I write all about the gym mindset that will change everything in my latest blog. Read it at the link in bio or comment MINDSET and I will send you the link directly!
