Meet Mark Lavrentyev! If you were around at Seward a couple years back, you might remember Mark racing every week in khakis and a t-shirt; except the week where it was 95 degrees, when he raced in khaki *shorts* instead. We’ve since got Mark kitted up in some good kit and he’s faster than ever. One of these days he’s going to send it from the start at Seward and it’ll stick!

Next up is our resident rocket man, the Ali Express king himself, Bailey Macdonald! Bailey recently joined our burgeoning cat 3 squad and is an absolute monster on short uphill efforts (sound like any races you know?)

Next on our Meet the Team docket, we’ve got one of our newest members - the Pacific Raceways sprint merchant and absolute trainer mad lad, Keith Ramsdell! Keith spent much of the last summer recovering from a bad crash at Tour de Bloom, but he’s going to be back and better than ever in 2026. He’s a strong, smart racer who believes in white helmets, socks, and shoes (classy!) and we can’t wait to see what he gets up to this year and beyond!

In his own words, Skyler Heise Schwendeman races his bike ā€œas much as possibleā€ - whether that means showing up to Seward every week in the summer or going to Wisconsin to race some scorching hot crits at Tour of America’s Dairyland. He’s pestered more than a couple racers into joining the team, and looks forward to continuing to do so.

Skyler also serves as the board member in charge of social media for the team, and if he’s being honest, has felt really weird writing this entire thing in the third person.

Next up, meet Trevor ā€œCoach Trevā€ Davies! Originally hailing from South Africa, Trevor is an absolute machine: especially on gravel or dirt, where he’s had great success as a gravel and cyclocross racer. As his nickname suggests, Trevor coaches a number of Taco Time racers through - but even for team members who aren’t his athletes, he’s a leader on and off the bike.

Trevor also sits on the team board, where he manages and designs our awesome kits. We’ve got him to thank for having the best jerseys in town šŸ˜‰

Meet second of our intrepid Aussie expats to feature in Meet the Team, Brett Robertson! You might know Brett as the team’s party captain, or more recently as the promoter running the Pacific Raceways series through

Brett was the board member in charge of running our social media until November 2025, and continues as a board member at-large. He’s done a huge amount for both the team and the larger Seattle cycling community!

Jason Yu wears many hats - artist, ride leader, foamer, dog dad, mountaineer, green thumb, and all around exceptional dude. Host of the legendary Hitts Hill Half (IYKYK), Jason can be found showing up to team rides in bib shorts and a t-shirt and ripping it up at Seward Park.
