Consistency, sleep, nutrition—it’s not flashy, but it’s what separates good from great.
As Coach put it in our recent webinar on off-season training:
“Be boring. Show up every day, go to bed on time, and eat properly. It doesn’t sound like a lot, but that’s the unsexy stuff that, if you do it well, good things are going to happen.”
