Being part of the fight game means not only training the body to endure but also training the mind and the spirit to overcome adversity. While we didn’t get the result we wanted at this year’s Golden Gloves National Championship tournament we absolutely showed what we are made of. Without making any excuses I want to recognize Kayla for overcoming adversity and showing the heart of not only a champion but that of a true warrior. I am proud of you beyond words kid!
