Kelsey lived in a body that couldn’t keep up with her life for 17 years.

Doing more cardio feels like the obvious move.
But for a lot of women over 30…it’s the exact thing keeping them stuck.

When your body is already under-recovered, adding more cardio just increases stress.
And higher stress = your body holding onto fat… especially around your midsection.

My daughter hit hangry mode (like father, like daughter), so plan B lunch happened REAL fast 😅

Plan A was quick…but plan b was even quicker. BUT both included my protein 💪🏼

And honestly, having a stupid-simple backup plan is one of the best nutrition strategies there is.

I teach my clients to stop relying on perfect meal prep, motivation, or having tons of time to cook. Cause that ain’t realistic.

Instead, we build real-life systems:
quick go-to meals AND quick backup options that take almost no effort when life gets chaotic. 🤪

Because the women who stay consistent aren’t the ones doing everything perfectly.
They’re the ones who always have a stupid simple next option ready to go. 💁🏼‍♀️

Consistency is key to long-term results.
And consistency gets a whole lot easier when your plan works on busy, messy, exhausting real-life days too 🤘🏼
