Stability bands are a great way to improve squat form as they subconsciously activate your glute medius and can correct for problems like knee valgus. Unfortunately, the people who can benefit most from using them are those who have the hardest time putting them on.
We are really excited about our upcoming collaboration with Committed HP! Their Better Band is a great tool to be used with The DoorGym when it comes to helping seniors maintain their independence.
