We’re working on core stability and hip mobility with this movement while also strengthening through the glutes and hamstrings. Like much of Pilates, this is another exercise that’s simple but not necessarily easy with many ways to modify or progress! Serving the Seattle community since 2002, our studio has built its reputation on expert instruction, consistency, and a genuine sense of community. It’s a space that feels both professional and personal from the moment you walk through the door.

Every instructor at Pilates on 10th is fully certified, thoroughly trained, and carefully selected to uphold the standard of teaching we’re known for. Each brings a deep foundation in classical or contemporary Pilates, along with a commitment to continued education and growth.

Every session is designed with your body in mind.


We work with clients of all ages, backgrounds, and experience levels, from those just getting started to seasoned practitioners. This includes individuals returning from injury, where thoughtful, guided movement can play an important role in supporting recovery, rebuilding strength, and restoring confidence.

Our instructors don’t just lead workouts, they teach. They observe, adjust, and guide you so you’re not just going through the motions, but actually improving how you move, feel, and perform in your daily life.
