Honor the Women Who Anchored Us ⚓️❤️
Tomorrow, we honor our mothers and the mothers of our children—the women who navigate the storms and celebrate the sunny days with equal grace.
Are you looking for a gift that truly says "I love you"? While flowers are lovely, what moms cherish most is creating wonderful memories with their children (no matter how old those "children" get!).

This year, skip the box of chocolates and give her an experience she’ll never forget:
🌅 A TGIF Sunset Sail: Relax as the sun dips below the Olympics.
⛵ A Private Charter: Just Mom and her favorite people on their own private yacht.

Give her the gift of time, laughter, and the beautiful waters of the Salish Sea. Because the best memories aren't kept in a box—they're made on the water.

Stop by the office or call 206–784–9386 reserve her gift!

Now You Can Stop Watching the Horizon & Start Sailing Toward It with New Friends!
Our members say they joined Windworks because they were tired of sailing solo or sitting on the shore. Membership is your "all-access pass" to a community that actually gets out there. From expert-led flotillas to dockside BBQs, we provide the fleet, the friends, and the fun.
Members and Their Families are Invited! 🍔🍻
Join us for the Spring Tides Bon Voyage BBQ. We’re sending our members and their friends—with Richard Moore at the lead—to the northern reaches of the San Juan Islands! 🏝️⚓️
📅 April 30th | 7pm – 9pm
📍 Windworks Office @ Shilshole Bay Marina
What to expect:
🍔 Exclusive for Members: Free food and beverages for you and your family!
🏁 Live Race Action: Watch the Capri 22s battle it out right in front of the party.
🤝 The Network: Meet the captains, the students, and the staff who make this the best club on the Salish Sea.

Considering joining the club? 🧐
While the BBQ is a member-exclusive perk, we’d love for you to stop by the office anytime to meet the team and learn how you can get in on the next adventure! Our staff will be on hand to show you around and explain why Windworks is the best way to find your sailing partners and your "sea legs."
A fresh wind is filling our sails and we can’t wait to share our new direction with you.

Certified. Vetted. Ready.
A massive congratulations to our newest US Sailing Basic Keelboat Instructors! These Captains didn't just pass a test—they survived a rigorous vetting process in the "classroom" of the Puget Sound. Under the expert eye of Instructor Trainer Captain Eric Jonsen, they demonstrated the elite standards required by the organization that governs the US Sailing Team .

We are honored to have such a high caliber of leadership joining the Windworks teaching staff. Congratulations, Captains! We'll see you at the helm.

8 Foot Swells, 25-Knot Winds, and 22 Foot Boat! 🌊🌬️
Meet Captains Dave, Justin, David, and Paul—the next US Sailing Basic Keelboat Instructors at Windworks out for the final practice sail.

This weekend, these four are stepping into the "hot seat" at Shilshole Bay Marina to earn their official stripes. Under the watchful eye of US Sailing Instructor Trainer Eric Jonsen, they’ll be proving they can handle the pressure when the Puget Sound kicks up.
The Gauntlet:
⚓ Docking Under Sail: No engine, no room for error.
⚓ Single-Handed Mastery: Demonstrating solo reefing and precision Crew Overboard (COB) maneuvers.
⚓ Leadership at the Helm: Showing they can teach as well as they sail, even when the spray is flying!
Wish them "Fair Winds" as they battle the elements to become your next mentors on the water!
