Breaking old habits is tough—self-doubt, comparison, and even self-hate used to weigh me down. I’d wake up, look in the mirror, and believe every mistake I’ve made defined me. But God showed me I’m fearfully and wonderfully made. He sacrificed everything to prove I’m lovable, mistakes and all. Trusting Him helped me love myself, get up, and change my ways—no perfection required. If you’re stuck in self-hate, know this: your past doesn’t make you unlovable. God says you’re enough, and with Him, you can break free and live fully. That’s my prayer for us all today.
