As promised, I did the workout. Hard as s**t, but so much fun. Working out with class reminded me why I started this gym in the first place. Today was a blast, and I couldn’t have done it with a more fun group.
It’s Monday…
Quick reminder about tomorrow’s Lift and Sip.
Event starts at 6:30pm here at CrossFit Felix.
The rules are simple.
You can lift while also having a sip. One drink while you squat, a second while you bench, and one final drink while you deadlift. Please, if you plan to lift and sip, don’t pre-party before you come. Safety is always a top priority.
Additionally, we will have some nonalcoholic beverages as well.
Lifting is also not required. So if you just wanna come and hang out with friends, and have a drink or two, we would love to see you there. All alcohol is free and included, so bring any friends or family you like.
The event lasts about two hours, and once completed, a quick cleanup, and off to Cottontail for some additional drinks and food.

2026 Lift & Sip
Friday January 30th, 6:30pm at CrossFit Felix.
Come join us for our annual CrossFit Felix Lift & Sip. As always, three lifts. Back Squat, Bench, and Deadlift.
For those who plan to join us and not lift, swing on in, have fun with the community, and enjoy a drink.
For those who plan to lift, you’re allowed one drink while you squat, a second while you bench, and one final one during the deadlift.
Once the lifting is over, as usual, we will head over to Cottontail for more drinks.
Last note, for those who want to lift, but don’t want to drink, we will also have non-alcoholic beverages.
