I miss drinking german Selter, so I’ve been trying to find an equivalent of it.
For some reason drinks in the states lose their carbonation as soon as you open it. 😭
Trying these healthier options, but I can’t say I was a fan of this flavor.
Do you have a favorite brand or flavor or sparkling water?

Decided to skip the gym and get my workout in at home today 💪🏼
Any workout is better than no workout. Remember that loves.
Good Night!

Being chronically ill means….
Being chronically ill means watching everyone talk about consistency, discipline, and “no excuses,” while your body forces you to slow down no matter how badly you want to keep going.
It’s wanting to show up.
Having the mindset.
Having the motivation.
But not having a body that cooperates.
I didn’t miss the gym today because I’m lazy.
I missed the gym because my body is in pain, and sometimes rest isn’t optional…it’s survival.
If all you did today was listen to your body, you didn’t fail.
You honored yourself. And that matters. 💗

Busy day with my kids Christmas recitals, Awards and last day of school before Christmas Break.
So I got a workout in at the complex again. 💪🏼💕
If you can squeeze time in to show up for everyone around you, why can’t you do the same for yourself?

Weather kept our kids home from school today. So instead of my regular gym time, I took my oldest son with me to our apartment fitness center and still got my workout in.
In the past, I would’ve used today as an excuse to skip it. Between the weather, the kids being home, and fatigue, I had plenty of reasons not to show up.
But I did.
Consistency got me to this point. 🥹💪🏼
