6 days post total knee replacement and I’ve been walking for 2 days. I am going to post once a week while I go on this journey from post surgery to strong again.

Blueberry paleo pancakes, with fresh bananas, strawberries, sugar free apricot jam, PB2 sprinkled over the top and garnished with mint from my out garden.
My stick work is getting better. Kali/Wing Chun has been a great addition to my fitness goals.

Tracy is coming home 3 days early . Her PT said she was very strong. Barbell training made that happen. She said, “Harder to Kill”

Garage gym is complete. As soon as my knee heels up from all the moving I will@squat, till then bench and deadlifts.

Cleaning up the diet a@bit! Having fruit instead of ice cream. 1 egg and 2 egg whites@for breakfast. The fruit salad has raw organic honey we@for at a fruit stand on the peninsula.
Bench for a 10RM. I sandbagged it. I could have gone heavier. Then I did a high volume workout after that. Two more days till weigh in.
Still working on the conditioning. I took yesterday off completely. Tomorrow back to the weights. Every bro”s favorite and international chest day😂! This is my fat loss journey. Started at 219 last week going to weigh in on Wednesday and take a waist measurement. Diet@is getting better day by day. Baby steps to the gaol. # fatloss strength # barbelllogic
