No joke, we know what it's like to be the person who can't sit still or is constantly wondering 'why is that teacher OMMMMing?' Luckily, we stuck it out and yoga turned our worlds upside down. It’s hard to believe, but we’re down to our final three classes. This includes our very last Beer + Yoga at Postdoc Brewing (Kenmore) and Shawn’s final class teaching. 💛

After nearly 10 years, it feels like the right time to step back from public classes. This decision comes with a full heart, so much love, laughter, and community shared over the years.

I’m shifting focus to grow Yoga Sanctuary, expand retreats, and open a second studio (big dreams brewing ✨).

We’re not disappearing, just evolving. You might have to travel a little farther to find us, but we’ll still be here.
