Anytime there’s some sort of testing involved for classes , won’t be surprising if I volunteer to be the the one to do it on. Some people are good at reading the tests , I rather skip the math and be the guinea pig . I actually find this the fun part of taking classes .

Romanian deadlift - hamstrings/ glutes / back
Copenhagen - adductors

If you want to get strong arms and improve ROM you have to focus on that eccentric phase too so this TRX curls are a good option. Give it a try , they’re harder than they look.
