Race 8 update we went out with a new faster setup thanks to BigSexy Motorsports we shaved a second off qualifying time and started in third for the heat race. While pushing Ashlyn out for the heat I tore a muscle in my calf. She took 3rd in the heat and was definitely showing some more speed. luckily Zach was willing to push Ashlyn out for the main she started 3rd and after an iced sent on the first lap was put into second place she ran there for quit a few laps before she was unfortunately dumped and sent to the back of the pack she tried her best but ended up finishing 4th even with a bent up car from getting hit under red. We will be taking the next race off to let my calf heal and hopefully make the car even faster see everyone on the 29th

Well it was race number 7 this week and we went out with a new setup trying to find some speed. We qualified 4th and started 4 in the heat and finished 4th the car just didn’t have the speed we wanted so I made some changes and we went for the main starting in 4th there was a pile up with the leaders in turn 3 before the first lap was complete so Ashlyn got to move to the front row on restart she was able to hold off the fast boys the whole race to come home in second the car had some good speed but we still can find some more all and all it was a good day

Well all can say about today is we learned a lot. Car ran good right out the gate we went out for hot laps and came back with a broken lower radius rod bolt on the driver side bird cage. We were able to get the broken bolt out and luckily had a spacer kinda the right size. Got the car put back together and driver in car just in time for qualifying. We we t out on an unknown setup due to the spacer being a little small so it changed axle angle she still ran a good time and qualified 5th. In the heat she made a last lap pass for 4th so we started the main outside row 2 she came down alittle early and had an incident that out her in back of pack. On restart she wasted no time and took 5th out of the 6 but unfortunately our setup was wrong and she couldn’t get past the 4th place car on the one lane track so we ended the day in 5th. But we learned to bring all spare parts no matter how small so we will regroup set up a part kit and come back stronger next race. A big thanks to our sponsors

Well mini dirt cup is over and thank god becuase I’m wore out. The day started out a little rough the car did t wanna stay running but we got her out on hot laps and she set her fastest time yet at 11.9 we did some carb work before the heat thanks to Paul hoppe for the help. Ashly was on pole for the heat and held off some really fast drivers trying to run her over and she came across the finish line in first. That win was her first first place ever and it set us up front row on the outside she got railroaded to 4th on the start and held it for about 5-6 laps then another car decided to dump her onto the inside wall and she had to go to the back. She couldn’t get around the 7th place car as he kept coming down on her in turn 1-2 even with her at his door we ended the day in 8th but took 5th overall for The Weeknd not a bad run we will work on the car and get it faster for next race. Well it was the first day of mini dirt cup and it was a hot one. We threw a dirt setup at the car this time since she’s apparently been running an asphalt setup all season. Car did really good handles a lot better still need to figure out how to get more speed but it’s better. Ashlyn ran her fastest qualifying time at 12.8 which put her 5 in qualifying and started her 3rd in the first heat. She went out and drove an awesome race on a new faster line and came home in second for the heat. That put her starting 3rd in the main and she went out and held her line the whole race even with a faster car breathing down her neck and she ended up on podium again in 3rd place. We will be back out again tomorrow to finish off the mini dirt cup weekend. Good day at the track need to rebuild the rear shocks and get the car off the ground more so she can keep some speed but Ashlyn was able to wheel herself onto the podium again for another 3rd place finish
