Push-ups

This week, we're showing you how to scale the push-up. Our primary focus here is a strong, tight core and a full range of motion to keep those wrists, elbows and shoulders healthy! In order to maintain a full range of motion when upper body strength may be a little less developed (hello, ladies!), we reduce the amount of bodyweight involved by increasing the incline of the push-up. EVERYONE can do this! (*Video at 2x speed for convenience.)
