Habits - Bashar 💡

Darryl Anka, aka Bashar, offers fascinating insights into existence and the human experience in a way that's both clear and accessible. It’s not an easy topic to simplify, but he manages to do it in a clear conscience way. 📝

His philosophy challenges mainstream ideas about purpose and meaning, suggesting that the quest for significance is a human invention rather than an inherent truth of the universe. 🎖️

Bashar teaches that life is a neutral canvas, and we each have the power to assign our own meaning to it. While the idea that life is inherently meaningless can feel unsettling, it’s also liberating. 🤯

At its core, his message encourages living fully in the present moment without the pressure of chasing a predefined purpose. A key concept is “allowance” and the idea of accepting life as it unfolds, without resistance. 🔌✊

True freedom, he suggests, comes from letting go of the need to control others or external circumstances. Instead, we’re encouraged to surrender to the natural flow of life. ⛲

Drawing from a blend of spiritual and metaphysical traditions, Bashar integrates elements of Eastern philosophy, quantum physics, and psychology. This creates a holistic perspective that invites people to rethink conventional beliefs. 🌏

His work explores the connection between science and spirituality, inspiring followers to expand their understanding and challenge societal norms. 🔬

While his approach is unconventional, it resonates deeply with those seeking relief from societal expectations and a stronger connection with their inner truth. 👁️

Critics might argue that this philosophy risks dismissing the importance of purpose or values in life. However, supporters counter that it empowers individuals to create their own meaning, fostering autonomy and personal responsibility.

I’m grateful to have discovered his teachings and the new perspective they’ve given me. Big questions about life can be hard to grasp or apply practically, but Bashar breaks them down in a way that’s both profound and useful. 📕

I hope his ideas resonate with you as much as they have with me. 🙏 03/10/2025

I’m coming up on the two year anniversary of a radical shift of my nutrition practice. I put down everything I was taught and dove into listening to my body, mind and spirit.
I’ve fasted cumulatively for over 160 days -of 730 days, including two 40 day fasts. I’ve intermittent fasted most days 12-16 hour, I’ve dry fasted weekly or biweekly up to 36 hours. I’ve wrestled with addictions to sugar, salt, caffeine, gluten, dairy and alcohol.
I’ve done this work personally so I can hold space for others I serve.
For, I will never lead you down a path I have not navigated mySELF.

I now feel equipped to hold your hand as you make the choice to emBODY your life and make a real lifestyle shift.

What I have learned from my experience is there are some key things crucial to success.
1. Wrapping your mind around what you want, why you want it and being honest about your level of commitment.
2. Community, Community, Community
3. Willingness to let go of “knowledge” you perceive as truth and accepting knowledge your body is communicating.
4. Transition time is crucial, there is not a quick fix to lifestyle redesign. Undoing=unraveling how we got here to begin with. Deep Deep emotional, generational work.

So I’ve designed a one year program
ONE YEAR TO FEARLESS FREEDOM

This is for local folks for we will be meeting physically and supporting one another.
*nutrition consult with me and follow up visits
*weekly walking group - ask me anything walks
*daily motivation through a private fb page
* weekly/ biweekly menu’s with shopping lists
*monthly guest speaker events with local practitioners- yoga, breath-work, acupuncture, massage, colon hydrotherapy, meditation, psychotherapy.
*2 camping trips. Late spring and early fall. Oh did I mention I study and teach wilderness survival and awareness skills. Deep connection skills for being comfortable and connected to the Earth- a key to a blissful life.

Contact me if this resonates
If you are ready to truly shift into a clean clear lifestyle. This is an application process for I do not wish to waste your time and money or my time dragging you along.

What I have learned from my journey is that transitioning methodically( was gonna say slowly-but that’s not exactly right)
With a method and tools in place, a clear mind and a clear intention without a vision of how it looks but a Vision of the outcome is how our body listens/hears best.

My gift to the world is to share the freedom this brings.

Bright blessings,
Carol 😇

Gift of the day
Take a different route

It’s so easy to get in the robotic rut of our daily routine.
By changing the route you drive to work or the store of taking your kids to school. You force yourself to pay more attention. You notice more and by doing this you are walking up brain circuits and forcing yourself to be more present.
So many ways you can do this:
Brush your teeth with your non dominant hand
Put your shoes on differently
Walk out or into a building through a different door

Break habits you didn’t even realized you had.

Those 8 minutes of “extra” sleep cause more stress than rest.

Set your intentions before you go to sleep
Decide what time you are getting up
Visualize your morning

When your alarm goes off take a few minutes to get back into your earthsuit. Really feel your body, thank it, do a few rounds of deep breathing
Then
Put those feet on the floor and walk into your glorious day.
After doing this practice for awhile you won’t need an alarm clock, you will wake up to the minute of the time to set your intention to.

Daily gifts you can give yourself 🎁
Make your bed and teach your children to make their beds each morning.
This generous act honors your bed for holding you in Dreamtime and sets the stage for your day and it’s oh so nice at the end of the day to enter this blessed loved space.

A daily meditation practice is crucial to your peace.

" So pray and meditate daily. Prayer is a great fire. There are so many fires: anger is a kind of fire, desire, hunger and lust are also great fires. But the greatest fire in life is the beautiful fire of spirituality. When we meditate with pure devotion, intense love and deep sincerity, with complete faith and discriminating detachment, we attain true wisdom. All the inner flowers - the muladhara or root chakra, the svadhisthana chakra, the manipura chakra, the anahata or heart chakra, the vishuddhi chakra, the ajna chakra and the final divine flower, the universal lotus, the thousand petalled sahasrara chakra - bloom in our body. We have spiritual consciousness. All the divine attributes blossom in our heart. We achieve equal vision, wisdom, selfless service, forgiveness, contentment, kindness, compassion and righteousness. We are established in real spirituality - truth in words and deeds. Each and every cell of our being is pervaded by Truth."

Nutritional Genomics as It Relates to Detoxification 02/11/2019

Nutritional Genomics as It Relates to Detoxification The study of nutrient-gene interactions is becoming a popular and developing area of science, and people now accept the diet-genome relationship affects our health. In other words, the belief there is an optimal individualized diet which, if compromised, could expose a person to greater health risks...
