Attention Baseball Fans!

The 2026 MBA State Tournament wrapped up on Labor Day down in the Metro, drawing over 29,000 fans across three weekends — the highest attendance since 1953.

With 2026 officially in the books, preparations are already underway for the 104th Annual Minnesota Amateur Baseball State Tournament in 2027, hosted in Cold Spring, Watkins, Avon, and St. Cloud Orthopedics Field in Sartell.

Sartell will serve as the fourth site, hosting games on August 20–22 and September 3, and acting as the backup site for any additional days.

Over the coming months, we’ll be sharing more information and opportunities for the community to get involved. We’ll need volunteers — ticket takers, parking attendants, field crew, and more — to help showcase St. Cloud Orthopedics Field and make Sartell proud as we welcome fans from across Minnesota.

Stay tuned, and get ready for an incredible 2027 State Tournament right here in our backyard!

Thank you to ALL for a GREAT State Tourney! We will likely have photos to share over the coming weeks as we catch up on our sleep! But for now, we are turning it over to the great baseball towns of Cold Spring, Watkins, Avon, and Sartell! We know they will put on a great 2027 state tournament, and we can’t wait to see what’s in store! Best of luck! See you in 2027!!
