Here’s the plan for homecoming if there is no rain

No Rain - Cars will be held at the ramp by 6:15 and start driving at 6:25. Football players at 6:29 get in position. Start ceremony at 6:30

If it’s light rain, the plan is still to do the cars but with the top up. If it’s heavier rain, we plan to use the new gym for the homecoming ceremony.

Its Game Day! Lets go Wildcats!

It’s Homecoming next Thursday, October 15th!! We need each player/manager parent to bring (50ct) individually wrapped snack/gift items to put in players HOCO Football Sacks. The players and managers love and appreciate these HOCO gift bags each season! The only way this is successful, is with the help from each parent. You can start dropping donations at Top Notch/36002 Hardesty Rd, now and throughout the evening of Tuesday, October 13th (make sure you text before driving to the shop to confirm I am there).
I plan to seal and drop off HOCO gift bags at Lakeview Church of Christ at 4pm on Wednesday the 14th, so they can take them home from team meal to enjoy.
If you are unable to shop and would rather send money by CashApp, we can shop for items we don’t have and not duplicate. We will place order and plan to pick the Sam’s order up on Monday. ***If you chose to send donations through CashApp, please put homecoming/and childs name in the note section. Text to let me know so I can confirm that I received it.
*Donations for locker room will need to be Bethel Wildcats School
colors: Royal Blue, Black and Yellow Gold. Decorating the locker room will be Wednesday October 14th at 5pm. While the team is attending their team meal.

Thank you for all you do as parent and contributing to make this a special day for the team.
