Automation Products (AP) is looking for a Multi-Spindle Machine Operator / Production Support.

📌 Job Description:
You will be trained in machine operation, tool wear characteristics, blueprint reading, and best practices to keep machines running. You’ll also assist with chip removal, cutting oil reclaim, product packaging, and operation of secondary equipment (saws, belt sanders, deburring). Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

🕒 Schedule:
👉 Probationary 4–8 weeks: 1st Shift (Mon–Thurs, 6AM–4PM)
👉 Day shift range (4AM–6PM) available with management approval

💵 Pay
👉 Depending on previous experience most new hires start at $25/hr.

🎓 High school diploma
✍️ Good written & verbal communication
📐 Blueprint reading
➗ Basic math (fractions/decimals)
🗂 Good record-keeping

🔧 Job Responsibilities:

✅ Operate CNC Lathe and VMC machines
✅ Monitor tool wear and read blueprints
✅ Assist with finished product removal, transport, and packaging for shipment
✅ Operate secondary equipment (saws, belt sanders, deburring tools)
✅ Lift up to 50 lbs

🕒 Schedule:

📅 Probationary Period (4-8 weeks): 1st Shift (Mon-Thurs, 6 AM - 4 PM)
⏰ Flexible Day Shift: 4 AM - 6 PM (set with management approval)
📆 Weekend work available (with at least one other AP employee)

📄 Job Requirements:
✔ High school diploma
✔ Strong written and verbal communication skills
✔ Blueprint reading proficiency
✔ Basic math skills (including fractions & decimals)
✔ Excellent record-keeping skills
