Who’s ready to crush their New Year’s fitness goals??

We are doing a Teams of 3 Bootcamp Challenge for 30 days starting Monday, January 15, 2018. There will be three classes per day, one in the morning (6am) and two in the evening (6pm & 6:45pm)

CLASSES: A mix of high intensity interval training including: kickboxing with pads, plyometrics, body weight, core strengthening and muscle toning exercises.

DETAILS: We will do an initial weigh in and take pictures before starting the 30 day challenge. Each team of 3 will then set a goal of total percentage of body weight loss per person as well as a team. Coaching, nutrition counseling and workouts are all provided for you to help you achieve optimal results. All you have to do is commit for 30 days! At the end of the 30 days we will re-evaluate to see which team has lost the greatest total percentage of body weight over the course of the challenge. The winning team will be awarded a $1,000 cash prize.
