🎉 The weekend is FINALLY here :)
Tomorrow we have Warrior Combat kickboxing on the schedule for 9am! 💪🏽💪🏽
This class is fun, it’s to some great music, requires zero experience, and will be a great total body workout!
I’ll bring the lavender scented towels for our cool down and Mom with the Tea is taking orders for healthy, vitamin packed energy teas for before, during, or after class :) her menu and contact info is posted in the group! (fitness Rebels)
