We parked it last night!! Led the race from lap 2. Had lots of challenges at the end but was able to hold them off for our first win of the year! Hats off to Cole Logan and Adam Holtrop for running me clean those last 5 laps! Also a huge thanks to Mel Decker for a little something extra after the race was over!

Thank you to my wife Ashley for all your support and taking care of the kids while I go race! I’m glad they were all there last night, and to see all their excitement after the race! My wife has worn many hats this season and I couldn’t do it without you honey.

Well we had a decent weekend at Grays Harbor Raceway last weekend. Saturday we went backwards one spot in both of our stacked heat races. Each time we hit the track we utilized it to change some things on the car. Ran the B main and finished 2nd to transfer into the A main. We finished 20th after struggling all 30 laps.

Sunday we made some more changes and started on the pole of our first heat and finished 2nd behind Bricen James. The car finally started to come to life after I started driving the hell out of it. Second set of heats we went 7-2. This locked us into the redraw where we would start 8th for the A-main. We ran a clean race and fell back to 13th. The car was good, driver not so much, but we made the car better everytime we hit the track!

All in all I’m gaining more confidence behind the wheel and I am very excited to get back to Skagit for our next race on June 13th!

I cannot thank Brad and Andy enough for their help all weekend, and Brandon for jumping in when needed!

Ashley is a freaking rockstar as always. Washing the car, taking care of the kids, the trailer, everything. I couldn’t do this without you! The kids were troopers all weekend and I think had a blast!

Just realized I didn’t do a recap from the weekend!! We ran a solid heat race starting 4th and picking up the win! Car had good speed! We started the main event in 6th and finished 8th. Had some good battles throughout the race and good speed, just not much free track in front of us to make some passes. Overall still happy with the finish but I definitely need to improve behind the wheel. With more laps will come more speed.

We are taking this weekend off to regroup. I will also try and work on uploading the go pro video from the last couple weeks. We will be ready for 2 nights of racing next weekend at Grays Harbor Raceway for the clash!

We also have some merchandise we will be working on this weekend and should be able to put something out beginning of next week for pre-order! It’s a pretty sweet design from Wicked Wild Designs!

We got a shiny new nose on the car!! Thank you to Wicked Wild Designs for hooking it up with some new graphics!!

Had some truck troubles on the way up to Skagit today, but can’t thank Zane Miner and Craig Moore Racing enough for helping get us back on the road!

Excited for the 3rd night here and we will be looking to put it in victory lane tonight!

Different week same looking nose! lol This time I had no where to go in the heat race and couldn’t avoid a spinning car. Wound up 5th in the heat race. This started us 6th for the main. Ran 3rd for awhile and got hung out on the outside on a couple restarts and couldn’t mount a come back. Ended up 8th on the night. We got some work to do to get ready for this weekend, and still figuring out what the car wants. We will improve.
