POOL CLOSED.... RAIN DELAY
Replacement of the sewer lines was to take place 7/13 but poor weather, soaked ground made it impossible to start. We hope to have the work done today but you never know what the weather will do. At this time, if you see work crews trenching, the pool will be closed. We apologize for the inconvenience.

KEY FOB ACCESS SIMPLIFIED
Can You Read Your Fob Numbers?

Good News! Pool & Tennis Court Fob Update
We have some great news regarding the recent issues with our pool and tennis court fob access system.

When we first announced the system upgrade, we advised everyone that they would need to visit the pool or tennis courts to re-register their fob. Fortunately, we've found a much easier solution for many of our members!

If your fob has a readable number printed on it, you do NOT need to visit the pool or tennis courts. Simply click the link below and complete the short form. We'll bulk import your fob information into the new system and take care of the rest!

CLICK THE LINK BELOW TO COMPLETE THE FORM:
https://forms.gle/uJNpxH7tBvWcRp1c6

If the number on your fob is worn off or cannot be read, you'll still need to visit either the pool or tennis court gate and follow the re-registration instructions posted there.

If you're unable to submit your information online or need assistance completing the form, a volunteer will be at the pool this Saturday and Sunday from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM to help. Feel free to stop by, and we'll be happy to assist you with the process.

Thank you for your patience while we worked through this issue. We're happy to make this process much easier for many of our residents and associate members!

SEWER LINE REPLACEMENT
POOL CLOSED MONDAY, 7/13/2026
Murphy’s Law strikes again!
If you've noticed the digging and pipe replacement work around the clubhouse and pool restroom building, here's what's been happening.

Over the past week, collapsed sewer pipe connections at two different locations caused backups in our sewer line. Repairs were completed just a few days before our July 4th celebration, but unfortunately those repairs proved to be only part of the solution. Additional issues further down the line caused new blockages.

After clearing a portion of the blockage, a camera inspection revealed that the sewer line had deteriorated in several locations, extending all the way to where our community line connects to the main sewer system.

Rather than continuing to make temporary repairs, the Board reviewed our options and approved replacing the damaged sections of sewer line as needed to provide a long-term solution and help prevent these issues from recurring.

This work is scheduled to take place throughout the day on Monday, July 13. As a result, the pool will be closed on Monday to ensure everyone's safety. If everything goes according to plan, the pool is expected to reopen on Tuesday, July 14.
Please avoid the construction areas on both Monday and Tuesday, as trench backfilling and site restoration will likely continue into Tuesday.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate everyone's patience as we complete these necessary repairs to protect our community's facilities for years to come.

KEY FOB ACCESS REPAIRED
All Fobs Must Be Re-Registered!

As many of you are already aware, there’s been an issue with key fob access to the pool and tennis courts. Last week’s electrical storms damaged the system to the extent that replacement was necessary. The good news is the new system is already in place and working. The bad news, or at least news of a slight inconvenience, is that you’ll all have to re-register your fob(s) to restore functionality. It’s a simple process and you can find instructions on how to do it at both the pool gate and tennis court gate.

You will need to be at either of those locations to re-register your fobs.

You’ll need to bring your smart phone to scan a QR code on the instruction sheet then complete the form as needed.

Thank you for your understanding that sometimes things fail…. stuff happens that’s out of our control. We’d like to thank LinkIT and Dave Strader for getting the issue diagnosed and repaired as quickly as possible!

FOURTH OF JULY VIDEO.....
MISSED THE DAY? DIDN'T CATCH IT ALL?

Here's a recap video.... and yes, I know, there are no fireworks in this one. Why? Impossible to choose from all the footage, there's no way I could do it justice! You definitely had to be there.

Hope you enjoy the show.
