My furry sidekick.
I'm really beginning to enjoy my morning
walk/run. September 1st I challenged myself to walking/running 2 miles a day for 50 days. Totaling 100 miles! Having Covid for a week set me back but today I finally got caught up. Also, today I hit my 20 lbs weight loss goal I started at the same time. No real change in my diet, just spending 20-50 minutes a day walking/
running. I can officially say I'm proud of myself for sticking with it. Only 6 more days and 12 more miles to go.
