Meet the man behind the scenes
Cody has a life-long passion for basketball, to say the very least. As a kid, he regularly attended basketball camps, read books about basketball, and taught himself hundreds of facts about the NBA and their players. As an adult, Cody plays in a city league and has often coached his son’s basketball team. His knowledge and motivation continue on, in effort to reach youth in the local community and surrounding areas. Cody created the Basketball Initiative Group (B.I.G.) in hopes to inspire and teach youth in the local community and surrounding areas. B.I.G. invites former professional NBA guest speakers to its events and provides group skills training.
